Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
